How they use it


 The Details Explained

After signing-up, we email you a log-in and password to the "Intraevent Studio" where you can set-up your event networking portal in a few easy steps.

Once you have successfully set up your networking portal and prior to your event, we send a networking invitation email to all confirmed attendees, sponsors, vendors, etc. inviting them to log in and network. After clicking on their unique link in the email, they are taken directly inside the event networking portal where they can create a profile and start networking or opt-out if desired. The attendee list is updated with new registrants before during and after the event.

Inside the networking portal you can search a list of the attendees and view their profiles if they choose to make them available. After locating people of interest, simply use the anonymous Intraevent messaging system to communicate, set-up meetings and exchange contact information.

Post event- Attendees continue networking using the event portal. In addition, Intraevent captures the activity that takes place within the portal during and after the event. Various metrics are displayed in a Report Card available to event organizers. We respect your privacy. No personal information is ever shared without your permission.
